www.craigslist.com  This is a really good site.  Landlords can post for free, and tenants can search for free, lots of users. This is how most of my tenants find me.

www.westsiderentals.com This is a good site. You pay to join, but it's more than just a website. They've got six offices you can go to. I've listed my vacancies with them. They seem to be a very efficient professional outfit.

www.southbayrentals.com This is another pay to join site. The good thing is you can search for free, but you have to join to get the contact info. They also have links to other sites (like mine!)

www.flatster.net  Another site offering free searches.

www.apartmentratings.com  Ratings and reviews, by tenants, of apartment living experiences.  Good Site!

http://apartmentsource.com/ A nationwide service with thousands of no-fee apartments updated daily.

www.ezrentlist.com They have other listings of rentals, but you have to pay for the list.

http://www.roommates.com If you just want a new roommate and not a new apartment, try this site.

www.roommateclick.com  Another roommate service.

www.ApartmentTown.com: A valuable apartment directory and information Resource.  They have a lot of links to other rental sites.
