Its located at 5050 Linden Ave, Long Beach. The neighborhood is OK, but not great. It's odd, about 1/4 mile in one direction is a housing project, and 1/2 mile in the other direction is the Viriginia Country Club area where houses are priced in the millions. This is a gated building. I would live there.
It's two blocks away from Von's, CVS, and the Post Office. The 710 freeway and the Blue Line station are about 1 mile away. Click here for a map.

This is a nice and very clean unit. There's a ceramic tile
floor in the kitchen. The bathroom has a ceramic tile floor, and

There is a single car garage and additional parking
space included with the rent. A stove and refrigerator are included
at no additional charge. The 710 freeway is just a few blocks away,
but far enough so you don't hear it much. The neighborhood is not so
good. You'll hear gunshots once and a while and a lot on New Years.

This is a nice quiet building. Although the area is not the greatest, its only 10 blocks from the ocean.

apartment style condo. It's located at 1001 Cherry Ave. in Long
Beach. Although this is a poor area of town, it's only ten blocks
from the beach, and 3 miles to Cal State Long Beach. This is a
gated building, and its clean and quiet. would live there.
This
is a nice and very clean unit. In my opinion, it's bigger than most 1
bedrooms. A stove and refrigerator are included. There is also
a patio. I will accept cats and dogs up to 15 lbs. Take

This is kind of a
tough area. It's gotten a lot better though. We're making a lot of
improvements to the complex.
This is a 2 bedroom condominium. I don't have any pictures of this one yet. However, you can look at one just like it, take the virtual tour. The rent is $1100 with a $1000 deposit.
It's
located at 3345 Santa Fe Ave. The complex used to have a lot of
problems with gang members and drug addicts, but it's improved
tremendously since new management took over. There is off-street
parking. Public park is close by and the elementary school is right
next door.
