located at 3365 Santa Fe Ave. There are 156 units in the complex. We
have on site laundry facilities, gated parking and a swimming pool.
I'm President of the homeowners association.
We're is on the west side of Long Beach which not the best part of town. I live about 1.5 miles south of the complex, so I'm in the same area. I just want you to be aware that the area has some negatives. Public park is close by and the elementary school is right next door.

This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment style condo in a 110 unit building. This is an upstairs unit. The entry way, kitchen and bathroom have ceramic floor tile. The bedroom has a large mirrored closet door. The dining area has a ceiling fan, and there's an air conditioner in the living room.
The building supplies the hot and cold water, so the only utilities you pay for are electricity and gas for cooking and heating. If you want to see more, click here for a walk through.
Its located at 5050 Linden Ave, Long Beach. The neighborhood is OK, but not great. It's odd, about 1/4 mile in one direction is a housing project, and 1/2 mile in the other direction is the Virginia Country Club area where houses are priced in the millions. This is a gated building. I would live there. Nonetheless, I've had single women as tenants there, and for added security, I've installed bars on the living room and dining area windows.
It's two blocks away from Vons, CVS, and the Post Office. The 710 freeway and the Blue Line station are about 1 mile away. Click here for a map.

This is a nice quiet building. Although the area is not the greatest, its only 10 blocks from the ocean.
This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath
apartment style condo. It's located at 1001 Cherry Ave. in Long
Beach. Although this is a poor area of town, it's only ten blocks
from the beach, and 3 miles to Cal State Long Beach. This is a
gated building, and its clean and quiet. would live there.
This
is a nice and very clean unit. In my opinion, it's bigger than most 1
bedrooms. A stove and refrigerator are included. There is also
a patio. I will accept cats and dogs up to 15 lbs. Take

A one car garage is
included and an additional parking space.

I live 1 block away.

Ave.
This is a nice and very clean unit. There's a ceramic

at no additional charge. The 710 freeway is just a few blocks away,
but far enough so you don't hear it much. The neighborhood is not so
good. You'll hear gunshots once and a while and a lot on New Years.
